If a bivvy has a inner capsual does that mean it has zipped or sewn in groundsheet

Usually a sewn in groundsheet is attached to the inner capsule.

My 2 man cyprinus has an inner capsule that you attach toggles to eyelets on the bivvy and has the groundsheet sewn in/attached as one to the capsule.

My Titan globe trotter has the same inner groundsheet, due to the design all inner capsule it has the light weight type.
