Whilst fishing through storm Ciarra a month or so back, my bivvy managed to get uprooted during the night and ended up in a tree behind me. One of the ribs/poles had bent on the end and after trying to bend it back it predictably snapped. I've tried using Araldite and fixing the end section back inside the tube but after trying it the next day it failed to hold and broke again once under tension. Anyone got any suggestions on a better fix or should I contact Fox and see whether they could sort it out? It's a Fox Voyager which i've had for years and love it. They dont make them anymore so not sure whether Fox would be interested. Any suggestions would be appreciated, cheers!

Just be aware kp spares charges a high price for spares. They wanted 40 pounds for a replacement pole for a chubb bivvy, I bought the same full bivvy used of ebay for 60 pounds in mint nik.

If you need a better fix then find some tube to fit over the rib to sleeve the joint then araldite the repair.
If it's hollow then a bar inside.
New would be favourite if you can find one at a reasonable price though.
