Not sure what they are called but the rubber grommets that prevent the line getting behind the spool, the bits that latch onto the spool rubber?

What is there proper name and are they available?

Weston developments sell em for £3.98 😁.. Call them spool guard rubbers... I've always referred to them as grommets 😁

Yeah just a flat head screw driver in the black end cap on the bottom of the rotor.. Take care, the material is quite soft and the threaded portion is on the stainless arm the grommet first over.. When the black screw cap is off the stainless arm pops out the top, grommet will fall off... Swap over the plastic insert, jobs a good in.. Takes minutes

Done these a couple of times on my tournies. Got the parts direct from Daiwa, sensible prices and great service.

Very easy straight forward fitting the new grommets and I've personally always changed the spool rubbers at the same time.
