If less than 12mths old and not your fault, back to the shop, or failing that speak to Nash, their spares service is pretty good, if not cheap...

Nash charged me £35 for a replacement one. Wasn't impressed , think it would happen again as well

Good if not cheap? I didn't even get a reply from them... was the last time I bought anything from them.

I think things like pricing a spare part like a pole at that level will prevent me buying a Nash bivvy as after sales support is important and if it means their product develops a fault we get our pants pulled down over the spares price
I know other brands Trakker being an example spares parts are far more reasonably priced ?

Sell the thing as i wouldn't trust the others not to go!
Why do carpers accept sub-standard products, and I am one, Just a little adaption here, a bit of glue there and it will have to make do! My last one was threads going on Trakker storm poles, just out of 12 months, went and brought some other make storm poles which i had on my last brolley for 5 years no problems.
Isolation is not making me grumpy at all
