Is there an adaptor I can use with this to charge my Angling Technics Technicat Batteries with whilst on the bank?

It's supposed to be the Power Pacs Solar Charger, the one that works with the Atom Power Bank.

Having had a look I would say that you will probably need to get a lead or two made up to use as you want. Should be simple enough though, output from solar panel I would run through a charge regulator (ie not direct from panel) although it does say there's a 15v USB output on the panel which is possibly already regulated?
If it were me, i'd start by getting in touch with atom and asking their advice, maybe even ask them to make you up a lead! Don't ask and all that, but failing that, ask someone who knows electrics to help. It will be possible, just depends how much effort you want to put into finding out how to
