Anyone using the above yet? Bought 4 at NAS, 2 seem to have very positive spring action, the other 2 are just flopping about with no spring action. Could be i'm doing something wrong as there are no instructions, or have I got 2 Friday afternoon specials?..

Hi.

They should all have a positive action. It sounds like the little spring inside isn't seating properly. It is possible to remove the lever and reseat it, but seeing as they are brand new I think your best bet is to message JAG on either Facebook or instagram, call the office and speak to Simon or email them. I'm pretty sure they will just send you out two new ones. They might ask for you to send the others back so they can investigate whats happened.

I sent them a message on messenger and they replied back within 5 mins. There customer service is second to none, they will sort it out 👍🏻

Called them, spoke to Simon, very helpful, he advised how to reset the spring and if any other problems they'll replace them.

Reassuring and great to be able to speak to someone so quickly...

I asked if they could make me 4 new banksticks with the old design cone shaped point instead of the new diamond points and they made them for me in the workshop and i had them within 3 days. Cant ask anymore than that aa they stopped making the old style a while ago.

Am really tempted with their pod, sticks etc, especially after the makers of mine went bust so can't get any spares now. With this kind of service am just tempted that bit more, still pricey though......

Pricey but you only pay once as it should last for ever.
