I will be going fishing for a week session in May and I am taking a good few kilos of hemp with me and was wondering how long it would last for precooked before it goes off or starts to stink.
Cheers

It isn't because it smells you don't catch on it anymore. Had one of my best sessions on smelly hemp that was already 2 weeks old.
Changing the water frequently helps to maintain a 'fresh' scent

Not technically an answer to your question but I'd take a small batch of prepared and the rest dry and do it on the bank

Cheers for that I thought it may sour or something along those lines

You'll manage two weeks easily. If it starts to smell just add fresh water. Or maybe vacuum a few kilo's?
I'm wondering how the big manufacturers manage theirs. Dynamite, for example, sells pre-cooked particles. Do they add a lot of conservatices, or is adding more water enough to keep them relatively fresh?

I'm sure Dynamite cook theirs in the jars you buy them in. You can do it yourself with hemp with a decent container and boiling water.

How about those plastic containers other brands use? Those are not vacuum-sealed. Does water alone do the trick? In that case I would contact some fitboys and stock up on those big protein containers. They're up to 5kg's if I'm correct.

You'll be lucky to get 4 or 5 days in hot temps before it's fermenting well and smelling. Changing the water will help but you'll also be throwing away a lot of the attraction by doing that.
As said dynamite is cooked in the container. You can get thermoset plastic which wont deform with boiling temps but in reality you only need it at about 80 deg. Something I looked into a long time ago was boil in the bag bags to cook and keep the particles in, never got round to doing it.

Prepare hemp in the normal way, once cooked drain the water.
( Keep this for soaking boilies in.)
Place cooked hemp in two containers one big one small (enough for a day or two)
Liberally glug the cooked and drained hemp in hemp oil and add a few handfuls of rock salt.
Freeze both containers. The small one will do for the first couple of days. The big one will take a couple of days to thaw, then the oil and salt will easily preserve the hemp for the remainder of the week.
