I see after leaving Nash to do their own thing, they are now sponsored by Korda. Good move by fairbrass getting them on board.

I'm guessing this was part of the reason they left Nash.

I am guessing that being Sponsored rather than employed by Korda will give them greater freedom to pursue their channel whilst having a significant sponsor to help pay the bills and open up more doors to other endorsements from the likes of mainline, Trakker and Diawa, which tends to go hand in hand with Korda affiliation?
I just hope they dont forget the support and opportunity that was given to them from the Team at Nash and burn any bridges, the angling world is a very small place.

I did notice the new alarms. All the best to them.
Great lads I always enjoy watching there vids, basic but very good!
This is where me and modern carp angling go our separate ways.
I've never heard of them.
No disrespect meant and I wish them well but just not my cup of tea along with all the other ‘consultants, media stars or just wannabe's.
Two things in life which always puzzle me:
I did 22 years in the army but seem to be the only ex squaddy I know of that didn't have some involvement
( direct or indirect) with the SAS or Special Forces.
I've been carp fishing since the 70's and have never been sponsored, consulted and am a total unknown.
Any others out there?

Makes zero sense ? Why should you be known or be a consultant because of the army ?

Carl and Alex are very good anglers, they fish for loads of different species all over the world.I enjoy watching them as no in your face product promoting, just two brothers loving their fishing and giving a few tips along the way.
I just hope now got korda/guru backing it does not change how they do things

I think he's suggesting that every man & his dog seems to have an involvement with some company or another these days?
If all you do is follow carp angling on social media it would be easy to believe that too, everyone seems to want to associate themselves with a brand or try to wore themselves out for 50p off a kilo or a free packet of swivels.
There are professional whores in the carp world that will flock around any new product in the hope of getting a sniff of a discount in exchange for hash tagging the sh*t out of it or writing a blog about how amazing their embroidered cap is. You don't have to look far to find them.
Although I'm not sure what that's got to do with Carl & Alex.
