**POLITE NOTICE**

Very recently there have been a number of posts that include embedded videos .Unfortunately these videos have a bad impact on forum speed,and as a result of this i have had to remove those already on the forum.May i respectfully ask members to refrain from posting these videos,and instead maybe just post a live link .
I shall sticky this notice in the hope that this becomes common knowledge.Thank you .
