I got rid of them,i was told it was how the gearing is.I lost confidence in them completely after it happened

I really like the reels - but what is the point of the 15000 spool reducer? There is no space for line!

I have just received a set of 3. Can anyone tell me how much line the larger reducer allows on the spool, filled 1 up on top of the smaller reducer with 12lb 0.32mm shimano technium black but forgot to put the reducer on the 1st reel
