I picked my up on Tuesday and have had a day session out with it.
- it easily takes 3 rods not issues with reels at all.
- Its easy to level out - i used the palm saver with a spirit bubble in the middle stick then adjust as needed.
- The pro lite is heavy enough imo - you sink the stick in the ground a inch and it wont be blowing over.
- it can be screwed to a stand - a gripe may be how the pod would react if over tightened.
- Packs away into the bag with NTxr's and snag ears. Also fits into a buzz bar (korda) bag if broken down.
- Of the two my local shop got in one was scratched down to the metal on one section (looked like it had been from a vice
- I agree with a earlier comment that it could be a tad longer but not a deal breaker.
I have had two pods in the last two years - both good but at cheaper end of spectrum. They have both had issues after only a year. The jag one is expensive in comparison i am just hoping for the buy cheap buy twice mantra applies

Had a look on there website and i could only find the black version which was sold out and it was full price. Ebay is easier as just click buy it now so no having to put all my details in. I will probably never use it as dont carp fish anymore but always a sucker for a new shiny stainless pod. Ive had my mk2 316 pod for years and its still in the box it came in when i bought it all them years ago. You never know the carp bug might come back one day.

Its my watch addiction that causes the biggest problems, fishing tackle is a bargain compared to watches. The missus is actually pretty good when it comes to shoes and handbags so Ive hit lucky there 👍🏻

It certainly is Rob. I would happily sell all my fishing gear before my watches mate. Unfortunately the next one i want is proving very hard to get at list price and Im to tight to pay the ridiculous grey market prices that they are going for these days, its just went stupid.
