just had a look, Can get the normal 1 man and overwrap for £323 with Ebay code.. Seems a great price as the tempest V2 with skull cap and overwrap is near a Grand!
on the verge of getting one !

can anyone tell me how the compact bloxx compares to the fox supabrolly system compact? as my fox brolly is in its 4th season and on its way out? im very tempted by the JRC

must of tried 10-15 tackle shops now within a hour of northants and not 1 has them in stock
so I can go have a look at one.

I'm going to order one of these for the winter my old mk1 titan has seen better days is about 14 years old now! Not sure whether to get the normal bloxx or the compact I do an annual trip to France so I guess the extra room would be handy
Are they both the same build quality? I see a few problems were had with the original?

Was under mine last night on the end of the wind.
Scary at times when it was gusting but coped well.

Put mine up for the first time in the garden today, was a pretty windy day imo and considering it was my first time, it went up really easy, is really solid too, looks like a decent build quality and plenty of room for me (I got the compact version) which does apparently have a better block on than the original chucked the winter skin over it and again seems like a decent bit of kit. Really pleased with my choice after weeks and weeks of research.

Got to admit it took me once or twice to fathom best way to erect, but once it's clicked how to do it, it is quick and simples. Only done one night in mine this year
but have a week in Kent coming up mid October and actually looking forward to spending a few days in it 
I will have my cheapy faithful Chub RS+ biv set up alongside as a storage/cook shelter though so I can keep the bloxx relatively free'd up...

Just put the 1 man up in garden and it took a while to get it up first time
Tighting the peak was a struggle but got there in the end..any advice to make it easier?
Also there is no rod straps on it?.. what a simple feature to miss

A quick question. Have any of you folk used the wrap with no front on (on the wrap i mean) ... Is it stable??
