I agree with this, can't remember the last time a new bite alarm was released without the usual it's looks ugly / crap etc
Fox RX+ comes out....people say it looks crap
New Wolf alarm appears at Brentwood......people say it looks crap
New Delkim is seen.....you get the picture

Agree with that, but then if we all liked the same things, everything would look the same. Personally like delks, even the new ones look OK to me. Those wolf things look awful, cheap looking things. Sort of thing you'd get a set from China for £20. Personally think the best looking alarm I've seen is the old ava's

what is top end alarm? what makes it top end? with size, waterproof issues, remote issues, sensitivity issues etc I personally wouldnt call them top end. yes they are popular, many many people use them but that doesnt make them top end. popular yes, top end no.. at least not for me. to many issues with them for that kind of money.

Not a winger just consider old microns the one's with the speaker cover not the full moulded type to be good looking and after years of service more importantly bloody reliable too

People moan about anything new that comes out and commands a fair outlay to own irrespective of how good the product actually is. Despite this Delkim will sell them by the thousands in the first 12 months and then we shall all get to find out how good they are out in the field. I quite like Delkim's for some strange reason even though they spent most of the time drying out on my cars dashboard with the blowers going every morning or back at Delkim for repairs. If you haven't had issues with Delks then you don't fish enough for the problems to occur I'm afraid. 3/4 nights a week in all seasons is too much for them. They are terrible... But like a fool I have owned around 5/6 sets and each time promise myself to never own a set of them again.
If they have sorted out the water ingress issue then brilliant and if they haven't they will still sell bucket loads.

will all the old extra addons fit the new Delkim ie D-Lock Snag ears etc
