Depends where you are. If you shop in the states, you can pick up a mint one from 50-100 bucks. There's an abundance of them there. You'll likely pay more or the same for a tatty one in the UK. Sometimes bargains come up. The gen1 are getting old now, but a very good jacket for fishing or outdoors stuff.
You know they're good when everyone tries to copy them.

Having had one for six years... If I ever need one, I will happily pay full US RRP, and all the import taxes if I can't get one in as new condition. And get a new one shipped over. That will probably cost me a fortune, don't care, worth every penny and more.

Mine is literally as new.. can't remember the size but might start an optimistic buy it now ad on the bay

Noj, there is currently no Tennier Industries ECWCS mk1 available on fleabay in the UK. If you have a mint one... It will sell really well.
Put it on at a starting bid of £100- £150, watch the bids fly in. Every time I see some cool young thing recently, they all have one of these jackets on. Word has spread. None on fleabay UK tells a story to. When I bought mine, they had tonnes on there from same seller. Listed as Grade 1 second hand. Mine still had the issue tags on, and had never been worn.
If yours is mint, it will go for very good money.

Couldn't resist, just picked up a brand new Tennier gen1 jacket.
Only down side, but it's minor really is it's desert camo and not woodland.
I'm not too worried about that, (I'm sure the carp won't mind lol) more concerned about keeping warm and dry.

Retape the seams if it is a Gore-Tex or like material & then wash it in NikWax Tech-Wash to reproof it. You can get iron on seam tape from most good outdoor or camping shops, same with the NikWax. This is how I reproof all my Gore-Tex or similar jackets if they start leaking. Much cheaper than going out & buying a brand new Gore-Tex jacket that's for sure! Think I paid £25 delivered for my last Soldier95 patterned DPM Gore-Tex jacket (no pockets & roll away hood) off of eBay, £6 or so for the NikWax Tech-Wash & the tapes didn't need replacing, just reironing down again so the wife done that in 20 minutes. As long as it is kept clean & has the mesh or other membrane lining (required on ALL such materials to stop water wicking through the pores in the breathable material), you will be dry.
