I see the health services are still being shafted by management and supplied with inefficient ppe.
Should the likes of Screwfix/tool station, for example, not prioritise the supplies they can spare? I gave away a load of ffp3 masks to a frontline doctor in the family early on.. Tcarper for health minister!!

So the thin paper masks are s4it after all, who would have thunk it? Not that I've already said they're s4it or anything, yet still they shill here and elsewhere the crap masks with astounding mental gymnastics even after given well reasoned examples of how basically pointless they are. Mazing.

If there's one thing we've learned from these endless threads, it's that paper masks do next to nothing for the wearer, but stop you coughing, sneezing and gobbing on others. That and the fact that noj worked through the whole pandemic and didn't get furlough.

I'm more clueless than most mate. I was just passing on information from my son about those FFP3 masks after he made sure that our family was all wearing them. All of the information I have passed on from him and my daughter in law has been facts. A lot of it gets lost in the silly arguments on here.
Here's another one for you. I have to be vague with some of the details, as I would not want to get anyone in trouble. My son was called to a 32 year old man at the roadside just before Xmas. A total anti vax, covid does not exist 32 year old previously healthy man. He was becoming distressed, and was having trouble breathing. Worried passers by had called the ambulance. My son told him that he strongly suspected that he had covid, as he could not get four words out without gasping for breath. He went mental, telling my boy that it does not exist and is all a con. That he just had a cold. My son wanted to give him oxygen, he flat out refused.
He called his family, who my son spoke to on the telephone, when the male could not even speak to them properly after becoming even more distressed. His family held the same views about the virus... A small altercation occurred on the phone, where my son was actually threatened with being sued, if he administered oxygen to their family member.
My son took him to hospital, and passed his care over. He later found out that the young man caused a big fuss at the hospital as well. He had then unfortunately died two days later from the effects of the virus.
What a ****ing waste of a life.
This will get lost in the arguments again. But it is the truth. Not internet opinions, no MSM blah blah blah, the truth.
