A couple of years ago, on Chase lake in Dagenham, some local EE who were drunk outside a block of flats in Romford, were confronted by a resident, who they beat, then dismembered and threw the body parts in both lakes.
Legend goes, a guy fishing thought there was a dead fish out in front of him......pushed into his lines on the wind, only to realize, it was a severed leg, not a dead fish
