Thanks, yes that's the one I've found, I'm guessing the last quarter is for the leg end?

Yes. No real benefit in having a longer sim as no weight or pressure on your feet!
Also, if you have a full length sim there is an element of your heavy area (from shoulder to hips) pushing the air out to the foot end, so you loose support where you need it.

I picked up a full length thermarest sim and its true that your main body area from shoulder to hips compresses the mat to push air down to the foot end so making the mat almost useless...
I tried folding the mat in half and just using from shoulder to hips and it was perfect, all the support where you need it 😎
I have always recommended a 3/4 length sim rather than a full length one as it gives better support on your high pressure areas of shoulder and hips.
As well as my 3/4 thermarest thats on my bedchair I also have a full length thermarest.
If I lay on the full length one all the air gets pushed to the foot endand I can feel my feet lifting up a bit.
My shoulders and hips are then flat on the bedchair, and its even worse if you are a side sleeper.
If you have a full length sim then try folding it in half, but dont over inflate.
When folded over it is 90cm in length and thats now long enough to cover shoulders and hips.
Give it a try 😎
