Pulled the trigger on a 3 rod set for £180 on eBay on Friday night. These will be replacing my original MK1 delkims which have the add on RX2000 transmitters - after many years service!
Am looking forward to something with more modern components and that look a little more visually appealing!

Can anyone tell me if the presentation sets come with batteries included?

Have you had yours delivered yet ? I can see there's some delay getting them out but no update from vale since the date of purchase so far from me.

I'm not in a rush but just wondering if there's a stock issue or something.

Ordered a set from Vale Angling on 26th November and still nothing. They said it should be with me Friday when I called in the week... it's still not turned up though. I'll give it a few more days

My pal has a set and we tested the range and while we didn't measure I assure you it's much more than you'll ever need

I'm using a set for 6 weeks now and can't fault them what so ever!
Tried the range and i went as far as 50m away from the heads in a non fishing situation.
Signal is powerfull enough imo, as i'm never further away from the rods as 10m anyway.
