Good write up.
I have also had all of alarms listed and now have the TXi D would I go back to RX+ no but I have not had any issues with my Delks
IMO the Delkims are the better alarm and have more advanced features yes they take while to set up but as others have said once this is done they are simple to use like any of the Fox alarms.
My only gripe is LED flashing on the receiver when on. WTF

That LED flashing light is a strange thing for sure, forgot about it so when it flashed I thought the lads on the other side were having some night piccys, rang them on the walkies to no avail......
To be fair its not that bright and you just forget about it after half an hour.

Didn't the previous version alarm heads do this during hours of darkness? like a odd blinking of the LEDs that was so rapid it just looked like they were on? Is it not the same thing with the receiver on this model?
I'm still on mk1s which still work and havent really let me down apart from physical damage caused by snag fishing. Rx2004 has been written off though sadly and a replacement is just shy of a new D model one so cant justify buying one when I could replace them all with the Ds.

Nothing wrong with mine perfect alarms, no problems with rain at all. I personally think it's just people moan just for the sake of it, mine has been in some really bad rain and not had any problems at all

I was hoping that too ... even contacted delkim at first thinking it was a fault after replacing the battery in alarm lol
Can only hope if enough people complain about it to delkim they make it feature you can turn off in software update on the receiver

It really isnt that noticeable that i would even worry about it. I wondered what it was when i first noticed it, but i only noticed it in the first place, as i was leaning my phone up against it while watching the football. Didnt wake me once in the night in a whole week, and didnt notice it after dark, its not really bright enough to project light anywhere it will be seen

Correct now I have got used to it after a month I don't notice it that much.
Sounds like they need to iron out a lot with the D's. Imo all that was needed was better components and a watertight case, explain to me this light? Is it like the 20 second latching led on the txi?

The last activated LED on the receiver flashes every 2 minutes. It is only a quick on and off flash that is only noticeable in the dark.

But why does it carry on flashing? a couple of times i could understand but constantly and hours after the last activation serves no purpose

It's so you no they it is still on because there is no switch or any other way to visibly tell if it's still switch on, it's not constantly it's like once every 5 mins not really that big of a thing and you get used to it

Won't be buying them then, cannot see any usefulness in such a feature. Something else to go wrong as I'm sure something that controls this on the chipset will go fubar.
The more I hear, the more likely I'll buy a set of fox's as backup for when my txi's suffer interference. Delks have the better sensing imo but the ilist of ssues seems to get lon9and longer with every incarnation
