Question....should the flaps on the bottom of the bivvy be folding outward or inward?
If inward, do they then sit under the ground sheet?

The rain was coming sideways from behind. Had a nice dry patch about 2 foot on front of the bivvy, either side of the stream

Yeah i agree with post 49, even if you use the mozzi infill you still seem to get condensation

The condensation I had was a very thin layer which then evaporated in the morning when I opened the door.
Are people getting worse condensation that is then dripping down onto you and your gear?

i was out at the weekend it dropped to around -2 at night and i only have the mozzi infill as i am struggling to get hold of a full infill panel. In the morning there was condensation dripping on me, i didnt use the skullcap wrap however, im sure this reduces condensation.

Yeah I had the full Skull Wrap on and it got to -1 at night. I had the full infill panel on and got a very thin layer of condensation that didn't drip so definitely worked well.

Ive spoken to Trakker. As its 18 months old they no longer cover it on warranty. That's only a year.
What has sheared off is a hex bolt. The majority of which is was still in the pole. Unscrewed that so I don't need to pay for another pole.
Instead it's 14.99 for a 3 bolt kit as a package. So presumably
This has happened before. Also 5 quid postage.
Still, better than a new bivvy I suppose.

So some bolts posted work out at nearly 10% of the overall value of the bivvy? Better than a new bivvy yes, but they are taking the piss with that price. What is happening with the ripped part?

Personally I think the benefits from a higher rated HSH fabric are lost as they do not breath so easily and take forever to dry out...
ALL single skin bivvies or brollies will get condensation so matter what fabric it's made from so the positives from a higher rated fabric are limited imo.
