Do the RX+ alarms do anything different to the new Micron X? Micron X seems a much neater package and less than half the price.

Not hard turn the receiver off in your pocket either but the nice plastic clip they now sell solves that.All them years in development never spotted that flaw

If you insist on being aboe to change the tone constantly, then yes the rx+ is a better choice.
My tone, or volume, have never been changed on the txids or on the rx+ when i had them. I use the reciever if i need to be able to hear them anywhere other than right next to them, so as not to disturb everyone else.
Sensitivity or response, and volume are both dials on the delkim so not really sure what the issue is. And there are options to change various other things if you wish to

Agree with this - Delks are as simple as you want to make them - the only thing I occasionally fiddle with is the response dial and the mute button (which is an excellent function) - never have volume on alarm heads and always use remote at mega low volume (unless kipping) . . .like any other alarm on the market

The new delks are really no problem once you have set them up. I upgraded from the pluses last year. I do think delkim missed a trick on the led colour change and drop back differential.
I also use fox NTXR's and I must say I always struggle to choose which alarms to take because those are simply brilliant.
Personally I dont like the look of the latest fox alarms but they are the next evolution in the NTXR's so they will be top quality.
Just be careful with using braid with the delks, I have heard that this can destroy the vibration sensor where it wouldn't in a roller wheel alarm like the fox.
You wont go wrong with either alarm in my opinion and it's down to preference.
