Vibration Sensors are just as prone to freezing solid; I've witnessed it myself when Piking – all the dew settles on everything and then a sudden freeze, a Roller or Vibration sensor does not work when encapsulated in solid Ice.
But if it's a Roller Alarm were you can remove the Roller, one drop of Oil on the spindle and it will never freeze (Oil Repels Water= impossible to freeze.)

Absolutely, but makes you laugh when they make out Delkims are responsible for there catch success.
Some have to have them to look good and follow the crowd, and some buy alarms that a worth the money.

Nothing to do with cost. I could and many others could happily buy them. Price isn't an issue if the price is warranted. Would you pay £1000 for a car that's only worth half that ?

Don't use NGT alarms sorry chuffer. Atts at £400 cheaper 6 years old now maybe more. Granted spares now and r3s last few years again cheaper and more reliable.

I didn't rate Atts personally. Just to much hassle to switch between sensitivity. Alarms will always be a personal thing.

Debate seems to have quietened down dramatically on these now.

I think was a very smaller number of alarms I have not see any negative post since the first few in the rain?
Mine haven't missed a beat in all weathers the only negative is the last activity led flash on the receiver which is total waste time.
