I think (reading between the lines) it's fairly accepted at a high level that the covid 19 virus was accidentally released in China in the virology lab in wuhan, all agreed?
Does anyone think that this omicron variant may have been engineered to be purposely highly contagious and mild disease and released to overtake Delta and put an end to the pandemic?
Only China would be capable of doing this without any leaks.
I am not a conspiracy theorist but I am totally open to this possibility. It's just amazing that there was so many deviations from Delta and that this happened so quickly.

But your point was T cells and SARS. anyone with the slightest under standing of the human immune system understands T cells, and anyone with any geographical knowledge knows SARS never affected Europe, so you wonder why I pulled you up on both points ?

It's funny how guys like this are never debated on live TeeVee, yet instead, just smear after smear with the tagline *conspiracy theorist* added to their name. I don't know, I'm open minded enough to listen to all sides of a debate and not take a side.

I did my bit when it mattered for me and the community but I'm double jabbed and have covid so they can do one, but please dont fall into the tin foil bag brigade by trying to be clever with”new” stuff that anyone with half an idea should know

But...

And
Having a more contagious but less nasty version doesn't stop the spread and affect of the one that's out there. If a lion gets loose in the zoo, setting a load of monkeys free doesn't stop old Leo from eating folk. Although it does cause a diversionary panic I suppose.
If the version I've picked up is the less severe - bearing in mind I've had 2 jabs - then thank god I didn't get the really bad one cause it's bloody horrible not being able to breathe properly.
Good theory though - could be a less evil way to encourage more people acting safely, getting jabbed etc.

Mal, the dominant variant almost always does displace the previous one. UK data is not showing displacement yet (Delta is still circulating and not reducing or increasing yet) but it is thought that it will start to diminish soon as Omicron takes over. I think if omicron is more contagious and has a shorter incubation period, people will catch it first, and then not be able to catch delta because they will have significant immunity.

My mother in Law is shot scared of covid because of those ****s that just want people to click their pages or the main news channels. We had 20 people coming Boxing Day, one of them have covid so they e all cancelled just in case
It's pathetic. I get on trains everyday, I go down the boozer some lunchtimes, I go and watch the east end galtecios most weekend but because the daily mail says we should limit or be cautious of our Christmas gatherings they've all cancelled

Yeah that makes sense. If catching omicron builds immunity to delta then it's entirely possible. The moderna and Pfizer testing of vaccine suggests that its similar enough in nature (I.e. if the vaccine is effective across variants then the natural immunity could be too).

I've not had the vaccines and neither do I intend to simply due to my own personal experience. I've gotten this far with zero effects of Covid that I'm aware of, and considering how rampant it's claimed to be - not disputing it either way - I can only conclude that I won't be taking any shots.
Since early 2020 when this all first kicked off, I like many had my concerns that this could we'll be fatal to me and others around me, since then, for all of the information that I've seen and read, I can only conclude that something just isn't right. Now I'm not suggesting that there's some secretive cabal - might be - that have put into play a mass de-population, what I am certain of is things really don't add up. Take the death tally for instance, just because people caught Covid but died in a car crash, on their death that they died with Covid which artificially boosts the numbers. As always, regardless of what the discussion maybe, we never get someone like Mike Yeadon rolled out on the BBC, instead we get a load of nodding dogs repetitively repeating the same mantra's, over and over, and over again, effectively no questioning of the narrative, instead, all you ever hear is a uni-opinion which is then rolled out enemas to the uni-media and practically parroted verbatim endlessly; I remember a time when this used to pointed out all too well when it came to China...not so much now.
Something worth considering is what happened recently when it comes to Borris and his "business meetings" with fine wine and cheese nibbles served up, they lied about it recently when it all came out, what's to say they're not lying or being decidedly deceptive with what they put out with regards to Covid, I mean, what's a lie amongst chums, eh?
