I think the market for most players will be reduced prices post covid. But then there'll be a 'Newcastle ' premium for anyone they want now as everyone knows they're rich
They can spend more than 200 million while they're not playing in European competition apparently. Then the 100 million loss over 3 years rule kicks in.

It could be quite a bit more than 200 million as both the shirt and kit sponsers are due for renewal and i bet you see aramco on the kit as its the saudi oil company and also there new airline company will be in there somewhere. There are some cracking players who are also out of contract at the end of the season who will be available for free and negotiations can start with them in january. There will also be money from the sale of current players but that wont be that much as mentioned as there *****. 200 million will be more than enough to keep us in the premiership. You wont see any real big names for a couple of years until we start getting up there with the big boys as realistically i dont think the big names will come yet. It took man city a few years to get there and i think we will be the same. Rome wasnt built in a day. Our sole objective this season is to to get a decent manager in place and stay up and build from that.
