Just had a look at the comparison chart - there's an awful lot of stuff on the Txi D V2 that you'd never use - I'm still of two minds, one of the reasons I like the Nevilles is the simplicity, for which the EV-R is right up my street, the ONLY this that is stopping me buying the EV-R, is that the LED doesn't have an orange function, how anal is that??

Is that a fair comparison, roller to vibe, they both go beep, but the line doesn't have to move with 1.

I guess that's a preference thing? I just happen to think the features of the mx - adjustable tone and volume, changeable led colour, 2 level sensitivity and the price point - £20 an alarm cheaper is better value, overall. I also think the mx is great value in comparison to the rx and does a lot of what the rx does for much less money. And yes, I have a set of both.

I don't think it's really a preference thing, more a functional positive in favour of the Delk....worth the extra £20...depends I suppose.
The Delk I assume will beep even if lines not taken which can be quite important if Pike fishing, the MX will not.
I just wish Delk would bring out a vibe roller, probably won't from a brand pov. Fox took a step backwards after the RX and have stayed there, but that's off topic.

ive used these yesterday, turn them on, set the response to the weather conditions/ lake conditions and fish, first impressions are good.....didnt christen them as I lost 2 one in the weed and one to a hookpull

spot on mate, i didnt rate the whole beep speed on the v2, only ever set the let's up once and left them, the ev-r has 8 different tones, done need any more than that, change the led colour to.your choice...seem ok, it rained last night/this morning and they haven't internally combusted yet....basically turn them on and fish

drop back differentiation doesnt interest me too much tbh, they do look good though
