On what basis could you return them and want your money back? You don't like them? Not a valid reason to return something unless you can prove they aren't fit for purpose, which is very subjective.

Maybe they used them ,can't just return an for a refund because you decide you changed your mind (unless purchased online/mail order)

Not the greens but sure i've seen on John Hennessy web page that he's done custom kaizens for both Damien Clarke and Tom Dove. If they don't use the factory built rods wheat does it tell you about the components being used and aren't they the same rings etc on the greens, its just the blank that's different.

Yes i have changed guides and reel seats on a set for a well known angler those guides are cheap bendy rubbish .

If they have purchased from a shop and changed their mind then the shop doesn't have to accept the return ,hence why they could be for sale privately.
(simple consumer law)

I think they do....especially if via mail order, (distance selling regs).....
Surely if anyone was buying from a shop they would make certain they were fully happy before going to the checkout......
TFT's returns are quite black and white;
To be entitled to a full refund or exchange, we must have received the returned item in unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of you taking delivery.
I purchased a £2K BaitBoat a couple of years ago from TFT, decided it was too big and asked them if I could return it. They refunded without any issue whatsoever....

Then you would expect them to state so in the listing, afterall, if you are trying to sell something you don't want you would be keen to convince the buyer you weren't selling because they were a load of tat....

I couldn't really care less to be honest, I was just saying that I had seen a few sets up for sale, brand new with tags. I haven't claimed the Kaizen Greens are crap or anything else....

My post (#2) was a statement, I didn't ask for a reply...

Not seen a single set of Kaizen greens for sale second hand ! Not even a single set on eBay for sale.
I thought they looked and felt good for £100 a rod .

Got to say I really liked them I reached the same distance as my longbows tbh they look identical mmmm
