I received the email but 5- for each alarm isn't that good especially because I'm Still using my original TXI,s !! I bought the newer txi plus when you were released and loved them very reliable as the previous TXIs I then sold my txi plus and bought the fox alarms, there ok alarms, good features drop back indicator etc but there build quality is shocking Leeda alarms from Argos are made better , I then sold them for the new txi d alarms build quality is great as with all Delkim alarms , But I just don't like them!! I can't get the sensitivity right as with other txi and they just don't sound the same , also I don't like the size of the alarm and hate the looks of it looks so plain they should have made the original txi looks with newer insides , Im very tempted to put the txi plus insides into a original txi case and see what happens might be a match made in heaven 
How times change. I remember when Delkim wouldn't even let the shops discount their alarms, best you could get was a free battery.

Oh yes.
A very big long winded contract with Delkim to sell their alarms.
It was worth it for shops, may have been a pain in the rear, but having Fox, Delkim and Gardner gave you a big edge in an area.
Funny thing is you didn't need a Fox account to be able to sell Fox alarms, yet Gardner and Delkim you did need a manufacturers account.
The number of alarms I had to return through Leeda to Fox for replacement. I had to reference my purchases of shop stock as dependant on how quickly I needed stock or on what day I needed to order I would order some from Fox, some from Leeda.
You ordered Leeda on Monday, it would arrive Wednesday. Fox order was stock, could be ordered anytime, but would take a week, it also had to be a minimum order.
Delkim was a quick delivery, usually 3 days. I can't remember if there was a minimum order or not.

delkim alarms are probably the best best build quality best after sales support and repair etc the presentation set is just a cardboard box they come in

I've posted the Delkim FB link as I think the addition with the trade-in is the snag bars free.
Personally, and this is just me, my alarms stay on my buzzer bars unless I take them off to go on single sticks, so any presentation box is not required. The receiver lives in the original box until I use it.
As for the customer service of Delkim, this is simply what all companies should aspire to. Perfection!
Send an alarm in for repair, you get a phone call within a very short time of arrival, with cost of repair. Make the payment, and the alarm is repaired and returned usually within 5days of being posted by me. The longest I ever had to wait was 7 days.

I had a set of delkims and out of the 3 alarms 2 had to be sent back to delkim for repair. Water for inside one and the other the would just let out a constant beep. Had fox and Neville's since. Wouldn't buy delkims again

Considering the repairs done on my alarms was my fault, leaving a battery in one, and breaking a lead on a battery connector, there must be a lot of heavy handed or stupid users like myself then...
Never ever had a problem with Delkims in wet monsoon weather.

I would be very surprised if anyone on here has used Delkims
in PROPER TROPICAL DAYS ON END WEATHER for any where near the amount of hours I have as
for years and years I fished 2 to 3 French trips a year some lasting a month being single and at the time in a very well paid job with 6 weeks holiday plus leu days a year
I fished where I had rain torrential for a week had to move my shelter 3 times as the lake kept coming up it was in big valley and water was pouring down from the surrounding hills lost count of the biblical storms
AND IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A SECONDS PROBLEM WITH MY 4 DELKS
THE MOSTADJUSTABLE BEST ALARM MONEY CAN BUY

People are just so tribal when it comes to this sort of thing. Wether its Delkim/Fox Daiwa/Shimano Korda/Nash Apple/Samsung etc etc the list goes on. People will slag off what they haven't got to affirm and validate their own selection of a product. I dare say a large percentage of those who slag delkim have never had a set, or like you say, used them in such conditions. Bias fueled opinions, take em with a pinch of salt.

My Delkims were submerged after a serious storm in Suffolk, where the river Gipping and Barham Pits broke the bank.
I had to move my bivvy up the bank and retrieve my rods, reels and buzzers from underwater.
4 anglers had to be rescued by the RAF Coastguard helicopter on the river bank.
When I got home, just put the Delks in the airing cupboard, dried them out, changed the batteries and they were fine.

I've always used OG Delks, never a problem in all weathers.
Therefore, I bought some more when I decided it was time to get back into carp fishing. Also rescued two Tx2000 transmitter units and an Rx2000 reciever from retirement in someones tackle collection.
