Not sure about the Bromance / comedy element to it this week but it was still entertaining but my mrs did actually go for a swin half way through

with 4000 carp in 8000m2 thats a potential carp for every 2 meters of lake bed ....thats like pub chuck central

I was surprised with how much was in there, a few lads I no have a lake exclusive on there next year and I have a invite to go along not sure what to do though. Saying that I've known some to blank or catch very little so don't think it means it's a push over all though ridge monkey did make it seem that

Bit off topic I know, But its funny how different editing can influence how a place looks. In the RM video I thought Parco looked quite nice, but after watching the latest Korda offfering, I thought it looked like a bit of a s''thole to be honest. Put me right off, plus all that booking swims nonsense is a non starter for me right from the off.

Driving all the way to Italy, past loads of wild wonderful lakes, to fish a massively overstocked hole in the ground, with massive wide open swims where you can see everyone else.. My idea of hell. An Italian Linear. Wow, what a challenge that is.
I thought the first two episodes were quite good. Having fished Salagou many years ago, it was interesting to see their approach.
I see the next one is on Euro Aqua. So another bout of synthetic carping...

I have to agree regarding Parco. I always fancied doing a bit with the method there after hearing Frank W talk about it. After seeing those drone images no chance. Was surprised how little water most people seemed to get.

Not watched the last couple of series as cannot stand people suffering small persons syndrome especially ones with ego,s and gobs the size of hamidi.it makes me want to kick the screen in Enjoyed the recent ones and noticed a few tiny digs about big ego himself. I believe he secretley got on everyones tits .

Agree. Although the new series is just as poor even without Hamedi. Last night's Hungarian offering was a real low. Total pants

Take it for what it is, a TV show about catching Big Carp. If they fished all the wild canals, lakes and rivers across Europe they may get some more kudos but would catch half the amount and they would be half the size, not a great seller for a TV Show.
Personally I thoroughly enjoyed all 4 shows.

Just watched the final episode. Shame they couldn't have landed one of the real monsters in that lake, but that's fishing.
Main thing I noticed was just how dreadful Spooners basairs sounded!

I thought again it was a pretty decent watch, it actually showed Aqua in quite a good light, and it's also clear from the way they acted why so many people want to go there

The venue seemed much better than the Italian one in the episode before. Must be exciting knowing there's a record breaker out there. You'd think they'd have done two weeks there, as they did on the other trips, to give them more of a crack at it than just the one week. Is mad that a 40lb fish there is a little un. Would love to fish it but at 1.5k a week or however much it is not sure I'll be doing that any time soon (or ever!).

I've been to both and believe me brenta was a bit of a s###hole . Euro aquas a lot nicer .

I don't know why; but I always imagined Euroaqua to be much bigger than it looks on the film's. Or is it just the camera angles that make it look small. Also how does the water at Parco del Brenta stay so gin clear with 4000 Big Carp in such a small body of water?
