If you are being paid to supply a service then it should be up there
In a cottage industry it's even more important
He has been giving crap service for at least 5 years.

Let's be honest it doesn't take that long to replace a plastic handle to a wooden one
I used to turn pieces of scrap metal into fully running professional hand made tattoo machines in 2 days as a side hustle

I never said it had anything to do with it from a consumer point, what I meant was he doesn't rely on it to keep the roof over his head or feed his kids. And therefore isn't overly worried about custom for lvc.
I agree that he should either up his game or just pack it in, but while people are still putting business his way then neither will happen.

Glad you've got them back, he was lording it up on Facebook last year about how he'd sorted himself out and wouldn't let anyone down. Obviously he'd got more time on his hands with furlough then.

Wait till it rains and they start to peal, his prices are cheap but he's definitely not worth the hassle.

It's actually a shame he's so bad ,the bits he made for me a few years back were very good quality,and on time too.
