Any time iv ordered from them I've always received on time if not earlier, and always had a tracking number so I could track the delivery.

I'm very surprised to see this thread. I've obviously been one or the lucky ones.
I have never had a problem with them. My orders have always been correct and arrived promptly.
As for customer service I've never had to phone them but I have emailed them in the past to make enquiries and always had a response within 24-48 hours.

I like the new whattsapp service they have got,always get a reply and have sorted me out on price on a few things

When did you order?
I ordered something on Friday, and it's coming tomorrow. Four working days with a bank holiday in there is fine by me.
I suppose if you need something urgently, go to a tackle shop. If you're ordering online because it's more convenient and you're taking advantage of some hefty discounts and sale prices.....then you're just going to have to sit and suffer.

Has the order been shipped yet ?
Once it's been shipped they provide you with a tracking number which is usually with Yodel.
From there you can track the delivery. If your having trouble with delay once it's been shipped I would give Yodel a call.

I ordered on the bank holiday Monday and it turned up today. I also brought a new set of rods last minute and went and collected them yesterday. They are incredibly busy.

So you ordered last week....which was a 3 day working week....and most of the country only went back to work yesterday....

They are normally spot on you got to remember you did order at a very busy time for them with Xmas and all the bank holidays, I'm more surprised that you have actually come on here to complain about it already 🤦♀️

I ordered something that was on offer at the beginning of December then when the order was completed I was told it was pre-order but was not showing on the site and I am still waiting for my order. One other thing I've had issues with the checkout every time I've ordered from them

Always had a decent service from them. Only issue ive ever had was a manufacturing fault on my solar bed chair, went around the houses for a day, but it did get sorted and they swapped it no problem. All my orders have always turned up as expected, or even quicker in some cases. And prices are always pretty good

Ordered on 27 dec , parcel turns up today with bait minus £330 of terminal , great service I don't think so im afraid and Cant contact by Telephone, Not happy 😏
