I've used these for around 3 years now best out there by far, I actually use them the wrong way round if that makes sense and pull the long tag to release them 👍

That's where I've seen them...cheers....it was driving me mad...I think they were in one of the Carping 24/7 films on Rainbow (I think they're mates with Kevin).

I don't plug anything or anyone .. I do have the jag rod lockers and there absolutely spot on for snag fishing..
I have ACTUALLY tried and tested these and will continue to do so has they suit MY needs I'm not bothered that they haven't been tried and tested by the best anglers in the world at rainbow..I have tried and tested them and work a treat so simple and easy to use..the JAG ROD LOCKERS get a thumbs up from me 👍🏻 I'm not saying the white carp products butt bungees aren't any good has I looked at two rod locking systems with the butt bungee and the jag rod lockers my narrowed down choices I Decided To go for the jag rod lockers as they look a lot neater,smaller and compact and the ease of the push button system Mechanism .has I fish it the rod locker wrong side of the butt rest I can pick the rod up and press the rod locker release button in one action with one hand...this is my opinion as a Actual jag rod locker user

just bought some from johnson ross - and the lockdowns to go with them. been putting it off for ages but losing a rod in the lake was the tipping point
Another vote for the JAG lockdowns combined with the rod lockers. Best butt rest I've ever used especially for snag fishing!

I've never lost or had a rod jump off a rest in 40 years of carp fishing and to say it's not expensive is exactly how all these companies survive with these ridiculous prices almost forgot then there's the different colour cord for rod locker more money let's face it carp fishing is one big rip off

I've had a rod nearly pulled in on a take, and would have lost it if I wasn't so quick. I still think we are having our pants pulled down on pricing by most carp companies.
