My power porter pulled to one side when I first got it. Couldn't understand why at first but when I checked it over one of the back wheels was slightly longer than the other so made sure they were both set at the same height and so far so good, pulls pretty straight now

my mate lives nr enough opposite mr Nash so ill get him to knock on the door...as for the op saying its pulling to one side have you tried it with the standard legs to see if its doing the same.

Had mine for over a year now (yes resurrecting an old thread as was searching to see if anybody had had issues with the batteries/charger) and with fully charged batteries it flies up hills even with TWO sets of gear on it (the Metro version so not the larger one).
The issue I have had with mine is that I have just discovered that the supplied charger (not made by Nash but a generic 12v charger) has not been putting out enough current to charge the batteries when I have had them on charge.
I charge each of the batteries overnight and I have noticed that in recent sessions that power meter has dropped from Green to Red then it looked like the Green LED had "blown" as "fully charged" batteries were only lighting the Amber light instead. On my last trip the battery indicator showed just the Red LED which has made me look further into it.
I have found that the charger I was supplied with when I bought the barrow was only putting out 9v @ 0.2A instead of 10.4V @ 1A! In other words the batteries were not getting a proper charge & just a small trickle each time so were just depleting each session until they could not put out the required voltage for the motor to perform minimally.
I ordered new batteries from a local battery supplier (2 x 12v 9ah) & now the Green LED is illuminating again & back to full power.
I have just dug out my 12v "SMART" charger I bought for a leisure battery & have now put the original batteries on a PROPER charge to see if I can revive them. I have already got a replacement set of batteries coming from Nash under warranty via the dealer anyway, so if they are shot, it is no real issue.
They will then have to order me a replacement charger as well if this is the case as the one I have is not right. I suppose I could just use my "SMART" charger, but why should I when I have paid the money for the complete kit (also wouldn't look good if I was to sell it & the buyer couldn't charge the batteries!)

An old thread but this might help someone.
The most likely reason I could suggest why it's pulling to the left would be the wheel alignment.
To check you just need a straight edge held alongside the front wheel to the rear axle and measure from straight edge to the rear wheel. Do the same for the other side and it will tell you if it's correct
