I don't think there will be rioting worth writing home about.. it's the fact people will be taking little to no notice of restrictions and if challenged with force they will retaliate.
Also the lecturing and threats will stop pretty sharpish if it's done face to face, it's easy on the internet to be a smart arse. The general public aren't medical professionals, who themselves don't understand covid entirely; yet they'll talk down to anybody who dares question the lifetime of epidemiology training and experience they've squeezed into 2 years.
