I'm not a betting man and to be honest I don't really understand betting figures but here's a LINK
Obviously the numbers will change as time goes on but the current odds to me as far as I can tell as a non betting man don't really favour anyone, glad to corrected.

The one you put money on and get the least back from a level stake if it wins is called the favourite. The experts form a market so their liabilities are minimized. They minimize those liabilities by making the one most likely to win not as attractive financially.
Sir Kier and the labour party in this instance are the favourite to win according to the experts at the bookmakers. Hope that clears up your confusion, if not google for an experts definition.

Yes but the odds are tighter than previously mentioned.

They're tighter cause you're looking at a different market
Sir Kier next PM as I posted is different from Labour to win next GE you replied with. Although interestingly the experts have that favourite also.

Fair enough. I've found 8/11 for Keir but couldn't find the odds for Truss.
LINK
That's probably a different market again, I did say I wasn't a betting man
If anyone was to lay a bet now by the time the GE comes around any profit would probably lost to inflation
He doesn't feel me with any confidence but If Starmer does manage to get in I wish him well and hope he can deliver what he promises.

Truss is probably unbackable. She doesn't connect with most people and has had so many government jobs people in many areas will have an axe to grind.
Sir Kier seems a bit of a stiff charisma wise but has fought off the Corbynistas rightly or wrongly to make the center left under his leadership electable as the expert bookies show I think he'll be a good PM after this austerity/spend like a sailor Brexit focused government.

A lot has happened that's why Sir Kier is the bookies favourite after the Tory avalanche of 2019. The. Tories have the issue of defending 12 years in power and where it's took us. Most people think that's too a swamp of privilege and sleeze clearly and want change.
