I don't know if you're being deliberately obtuse but, as has been pointed out on numerous posts that this is not the best time for people to be serving their own interests.
The answer to your question are the words 'global pandemic' and the point I'm trying to get across is "consideration for others".
It's a concept of collective responsibility, not the individuals sense of self entitlement.If you don't understand that there's little more I can say.

You didn't answer the question though did you? Do you oppose them all year round and have done for a long time or just now?
What is different to lighting a fire now than this time last year? Respiratory illnesses existed then too did they not? Also how does extremely low, non dangerous levels of smoke in the air increase chances of catching this virus?

Drove past 2 syndicates today, both had 2/3 cars in the car parks.

Whilst the majority of people behave in a thoughtful manner there are always going to be some that think it doesn't matter personally,I hope not they get banned for life. I did see a tackle company running a YouTube video after the lock down sadly and I won't purchase any of those terminal Tackle because of it.

Spot on mate. I work for a large care organisation as a medic/fire marshall/trainer so have currently been working 7 day weeks to pick up the slack as many of our staff over the UK are having to self isolate either through symptoms, other family member symptoms or being in an 'At Risk' category.
I am blown away with just how difficult it seems for some people!!! The news was showing parks full of people over the weekend. I see more cyclists daily now than I used to see in a year, everyone seems to be running, the car parks are closed near nature palks on my routes so instead the roads are filled with cars parked badly.
I would literally give my right nut to be made to stay in my house all day!!! We have internet, satellite TV, DAB radio, millions of books available for download, food delivered to our doors but still we get the idiots out and about. Last week I was working at a site that had 3 ambulance call outs over 3 days and each time they took forever to arrive, speaking with the crew it was pretty much the same story, dealing with runners, clyclists or hikers who had taken a tumble, wasting scarce PPE to deal with them. The guys who came on the friday said they had been out to more drink related accidents in the last week that the last 3 months!!
I am sad to say my Grandfathers who fought in the wars would be turing in their graves, back then you stayed in when told, ate whatever you could and got on with life. When people were told to hunker down in the old tube stations and the country was dark and still....they did just that for as long as it took. Now you would get a load of idiots running around, waving torches in the air, inviting bombs to be dropped on them just because they don't like being told what to do!
