For drones its very clear.
However with filming folk in public the land that it's taking place maybe private and permission should be sought though it's not always clear.
If you choose to ignore the law and join the fish at all costs brigade then be prepared to accept the consequences
To add I go fishing to get away from it all - I could say it's my therapy.
I expect my fellow angler to respect mine & others privacy - sadly with technology people forget...

It's the same old argument we have had for years about bait boats with people bashing them, at the end of the day if u don't want to use one then dont if u do then do it's your fishing and nobody else's as long as u are being responsible when using them.
Life is to short to be moaning about people using the latest tech to catch fish, how many of the moaners are still using split cane rods and washing up bottle tops as indicators????? Not many at a guess.
Like I said life if to short to be moaning about stuff like this do what u want to do while being responsible and don't worry about what other people think.
And if people don't have any constructive advise to give to help answer the person's question then say nothing at all.
