Small ammount if you take into account the ammount of lead that gets dropped into most day ticket lakes week in week out, ifact is the very same setup now thst 90% of people use at rainbow except they use 2x 10oz leads.

Not red9ne my rods for 3 days now

If dropping from a bait boat and wanting to drop the lead each time then could you use a stone/rock as a weight instead? Would be cheaper too.

Although I note that it isn't you who has raised concerns with dropping the lead.
