I've noticed that as well, he's very defensive and won't take any feedback or criticism. I don't see any other of the bosses of major brands having online arguments about their products.

Yes not very professional at all and a bit embarrassing the way he goes on the defensive on any negative comments. He loves me as Im always having a dig. Think im turning into a bit of a omc troll when im bored. He comes across as a bit of a circus clown on fb when hes advertising his products, not your usually professional ceo.

Ive always given him the credit he sort of deserves. He had the b****ks to go it alone but the whole signing products has turned what could have been a bit of fresh air to us customers into a circus

I tagged him in a photo of the grub screws holding it altogether as they are shocking, just waiting for the usual arrogant unprofessional reply. Not sure how to post a photo of them on here but they are terrible and look like they are rusting already and totally misshapen so the allen key probably wont even fit anyway.
