Good price there for the two rod set and receiver. Never knew there were two receiver options. I would prob go with the cheaper receiver personally as dont like the idea of the screen on the dearer one. Its a week point for me as think it will mist up and a weak point for moisture. Quite tempted myself but love my txi d's after massively falling out of love with my txi's due to water ingress issues the d's have been faultless and delkims customer service is a huge plus point for me.

The delkim customer service is superb,im hearing the Wolf customer service is shocking.I think it's a case of wait and see if Fox bring out something to compete with the Wolf

Customer service plays a huge part when buying alarms that are so expensive and such an important item, you need a super quick turnaround if you do get a problem and not waiting months to have something resolved. That would put me off straight away mate.

👍🏻 Look what happened to ace, best alarms going but vanished. Wolf are a bigger company than ace mind so might last a bit longer but in reality i cant see enough people buying them to keep them in production as the general opinion on them is that most people hate them which dosent bode well for longevity.

Funny old world, most people hate them even though most people don't even know what a bite alarm is. Mosr carp anglers may have heard of them but most will not have seen them in the flesh and fewer still actually used them. Those ace alarms were very good and ace may not be around anymore but I know someone that still uses a set of four and loves them. Wasn't long ago people on here were all for buying British made goods and these are designed and made in the UK.

The Ace alarms only stopped getting made due to cost apparently.I will see how you get on with yours but their customer service will be a massive deciding factor
