Free spirit is a dead end here in Belgium, the only store that sells them has no idea of the models you can find in the UK, and communication is also difficult with Fs + with corona/Brexit a hassle in terms of delivery.
On the list:

-Daiwa Cast'izm 10 ft 3.00 Cork (+ Mid price, like the looks, - the 6 rings are unfortunate, I have Shimano reels
)
-Nash Scope 10ft 3.00 (nice deal now £322 for 2)
-Spectra Compacts 10ft 3.00 (cant test them, liked the bending of the Dwarf 3.25 (no Carbon) the 3Lb Spectra would be similar but lighter and more responsive.
-The blank of the Rod Builder is apparently from Xzoga (Malaysia)

Last i heard wychwood is being distributed by hengelsport vught in holland, but maybe not anymore seeing the reply from wychwood themselves. But, they do have some gear in stock, so maybe they can help you.
And adding to the confusion, you could have a look at pb products, 10 ft, 30 mm starting eye, kinda parabolic. I know some people that rate them quite high> i only held them briefly some time ago, and dismissed them because of their forced old skool look (and because it's just not my brand, but thtat's silly:O).

I used to have the 9' free spirit creepers because most of my fishing is on my local canal,but sold them in June to a guy I worked with and bought 2 Harrison torrix custom 10' from the tackle box,and then On the 5/6 time I used them I went to a lake with the guy who had my ctx's off me first cast to have a lead around and snapped one new rod.
Had to send it off they paid for collection and got it replaced for me great service great rods ideal for me for what I want as they are beefed up a bit as you never know what's in the canals.

Bought a set of Daiwa Cast'izm 10ft 3.00lb today
there are not many rods in 10ft that are not to stiff in middle/butt sectione , was especially disappointed in free spirit Ctx / E class gold, have tested the Ctx creeper today also stiff in middle/butt section and only bends in the front section.
For those who are considering Scopes, definitely take a look at this Daiwa Cast'izm, Scopes can't match the Daiwa's

I also ordered cast'izm, 10ft 3lb with cork handles, I will put ss2600 whisker on them. I prefer the rods whit parabolic action so I chose daiwu cast'izm.

Don't know your price range but century has some world class parabolic 10ft rods.
If your pockets aren't so deep, have a look at jrc razors, 10ft.
