UPDATE UPDATE
Neighbour just knocked on the door with a soaking wet soggy box that they threw over his 6ft gate he has no idea if it was today or yesterday its just the brolly ..........no front no groundsheet and no clear door that I paid for and the blanking plate is missing from the brolly pole
SHOCKED AT HOW LONG THE PACKED SIZE IS

All I will say is the biggest bag of ***** of all time.
Dont ever place an order on pre order you will never see it but you will then see it in stock elsewhere.
I think they have lost a lot of priority from their suppliers, Johnson Ross for me.
I will never ever spend a £1 there ever again

After seeing this thread I emailed them and still no response and still no chair!!!
I must be one of the lucky ones I've shopped with them for years, I have spent at least £3000/£4000 with them in the last year alone for several different orders and all turned up no problem, never had a problem with there pre order either always got mine without anything going wrong (most likely just jinxed myself 🤣

I'm the same. Have used them loads over the last 3 years never had a problem. Had a reel go wrong on its second outing took it up there and they exchanged it there and then no questions asked.

I preordered my solar chair admittedly after a few beers..! I don't even need it lol
Emailed them and nothing back yet. I don't think they should take payment until they have the stock.
Communication has been awful !! Just nothing. Lucky I only live a few miles away so can call in at some point.

Wish i had seen this before ordering £500 last week there service is shocking Cant contact them by telephone what sort of bollox is this , sent e mails asking whats the hold up and can you give an eta & just palmed off , hoping it turns up & certainly wont be using them again. 😡😡

Ordered at Christmas and couriers rushed off their feet trying to keep up with the backlog from before Christmas
