Hi .
I appreciate he is very busy and very good at what he does and a nice bloke.
Im not saying otherwise but he told me a max of 3 weeks to fix my alarm and he's had it over 5 now.
Thats not the problem really my big issue is iv had virtually no communication from him ??
Iv tried contacting him every few days recently for a update and not had a reply ( even tho hes read the msgs) or answered phone calls ??
All I want to know is when can I expect it back . Can it be fixed? Just whats going on really .
Like i said i know hes snowed under with work but it takes 30 seconds to reply to a txt / fb msg / whats app msg ..

Time to chat on social media but no time to reply to customers who've been waiting weeks/months. It would only take a few minutes a day to reply to messages, it's not like he's got 500 sets there with every customer messaging every day is it?
Just from reading this thread, 100% someone I wouldn't use.

Its very annoying especially when you see hes read msg but just ignores it and doesn't take the time to reply ..

i had similar with him on a set oc ACE I3s ended up 3 weeks later than quoted and came back with wires jammed in the casing. Sent back for several more weeks. Wouldn't use again TBH.

Iv bought a new set of alarms today .
Did have a set on loan from a mate but he wanted them back.
It doesn't look like I'm getting mine repaired anytime soon if you have waited 5 months ...

He's obviously very good at what he does & by the sound of it, very busy but there's really no excuse for treating your customers in this way. It takes no time at all to reply to an email or message

9 weeks and still no alarm and no recent update !!
Iv given up even trying to contact him now as not answering me.
I may get it back one year lol .

I messaged him today on FB and got a message back within the hour. He did say the lead time would be 5-6 weeks so I'll leave it for a while as I don't have a spare set of alarms

He has had a set of mine since end of june ive not heard anything back. The only proof i have is the signed for signature from my delivery. Im not over worried at this point as he did say it would be at least 5 weeks
He has been on his facebook page in the last couple of days responding to people that had been chasing him up i got the impression that he was working through the alarms from mid june and had contacted some people.
