Good post. I had a hard time understanding that Wh stuff, but this may help putting things into perspective. My mate ordered the Delta from Kickstart with a discount. I think it was $750, including "lifetime warranty on batteries." Its not cheap, but its life cycle is +800, compared to the Atom's +500. I tank-tested it several times. Yes, it's heavy and produces noise (for a moment), but so does the Atom. I've been working on it for a full week, simultaneously charging my laptop, RM bivvy light, vape, smartphone, Deeper, 2 camera's, battery charger and tablet and still had about 65% left. I even made a cup of coffee with a coffee machine, which was too much for my Atom. The Delta has a quick charge mode which makes a difference too (20-100% in 1 hour!), while my powapacs takes six or seven hours. The battery indicator is much more reliable too. Powa pacs has "the stadium effect". It charges up to 99% quickly, and then takes several hours to fill up that last %. If you start using it at 99% though, the indicator drops at a disproportianate rate. It seems to me that when the indicator says 99%, it is at about 85% or less in reality. The lower your percentage then, the less reliable the indicator becomes, jumping up and down like mad. None of that with the Delta.
EcoFlow has just launched a more affordable unit too, the R600 at $269 and 576Wh. The nice thing about it is that it's modular and you can link several of them into a larger one if you do not get enough juice out of a single module. If I got to choose again I wouldn't bother with the Atom and go for one of those. The Atom is cheaply built compared to EcoFlow, misses a ton of options, is not nearly as reliable and has some features that annoy me to bits. And let's not even discuss their service, which is terrible (at least for users outside the UK).

Thanks for the information, I'll keep an eye on the developments with the new ecoflow devices but from what I can see so far they will be very expensive in the UK. The Ecoflow River 370 is selling for £599 here which is very high for the wh that you get.
The other features do look great... It definitely seems to be the future to me... No more gas bottles and we will have electric cookers and kettles on the bank as the new normal in no time.

Thanks, did you get the compact one and whats your impressions so far?
I think I'm sold on the loungebox compact 12v 60ah. Their website is pretty confusing though, the advert mentions it comes with a 9a charger but then the options when ordering are no charger/10a charger/20a charger/30a charger... Do you happen to know if a charger is included?

Deben tracer👍 I have the 22000 i think it is.
Still got half power after 5 nights of phone tablet dab vape head torch etc being charged up.
Had it 7 years and still holding charge.
Pricey but top quality

Yes it is a bit cheeky of them and I did find out the hard way
placed an order without a charger but added one later. Should be here any day now 
luckily they weren't the quickest at shipping so I had time to get hold of carplounge.
The deben tracer does look good, I saw they do a new LiFePo4 model in 12v 24ah along with smaller sizes. That one would give 288wh for about £250 so just a touch short of the 312wh of the Powapacs atom 78.
The smallest carplounge is about £420 or so with the charger but gives 720wh... They have a 'deal' on at the moment and it's normally £690
