sorry mate its a very long time ago I dont know think it was some vitamin they were short of ? cant even remember all the ingredients lol

Vic Gillings, that's a name from the past! I used to love his articles in David Hall's coarse Angling magazine, he had such a self-deprecating sense of humour.
