They are lovely lads, both of them. Good all around anglers too. Not just carp. They caught a few fish on our S2's just before before they joined Nash (or it might have been just after they started there). Very polite and well mannered in any of my dealings/conversations with them.

If you want to be a known angler you have to promote yourself, it's all voluntary and easy to do. For a while I was well know in the barbel world but backed away from it all as I want to fish for myself and not to provide pictures for a sponsor.
These kids seem decent enough - despite the pizza faces - and present a positive attitude to the sport. I have no doubt they will go far but only because they have hyped themselves. But trust me, the true good angler is often passed on the bank unrecognised.

Doing video documentaries takes a lot of time and effort. I did a video diary a few years ago of an 8 day trip up Kilimanjaro. It took loads of effort during the trip and even more effort to edit when I got home.
I've thought about doing them for fishing but decided against it. I go fishing to relax mainly, taking stills, cut away shots and all that stuff takes the relaxation away for me.

u tubing is the way of the world now love it or hate it. that's the way it is, people are making a very good living from posting videos on u tube and getting sponsored to do it.

Your a ****ing bellend.Carl and Alex have been doing this since they were very young.They always come across polite and friendly towards other people.I have watched them for a while and they have made some brilliant videos.
If all you can do is pick up on they suffered with a bit of acne which most teenagers do then it shows what an absolute **** you are

Carl, the older brother, has a rather lovely girlfriend - who, incidentally, he met on the bank when she showed an interest in a carp he'd just caught in snowy winter conditions...

On a charm offensive today aren't you? Anyway as this Is a fishing forum I'll refrain from personal insults and again state that I think the videos are worth a watch. Especially their early day stuff reminds me of me and my mate fishing as kids
