To be honest, I live less than 30 seconds from my local tackle shop, but I see what you're saying.
If I can afford to be waiting for mail order from JR, I can do the same off eBay but with free delivery.

When I phoned about the v2 they would not give me any discount at all so i went elsewhere.

I just had a very good customer experience from Johnson Ross. i returned something which turned out to be the wrong size ( my fault ) and am very happy with the response. Thank you

Personally my favourite shop to use, the customer service is brilliant only time I'll fish else where is if the don't have what I want
