The review is clearly very informative from a exciting man with no axe to grind.

And to also be fair Prestige have had a terrible reputation for customer service in the past aswell

each to their own , 700+ yards ,one trip , didnt stop and no sweat.

700 yards!! ... wow that is impressive ... Come back with a review when you are talking nearer a mile each way

I'm very anti Nash and so what that's my opinion their gear is **** their attitude towards customers is even worse. The guy I dealt with on the phone was very rude and abrupt about the titan brolly I had that would not peg down.I took it back to the shop who charged me a 10% restocking charge but I got a mate to go buy the brolly after it was on sale again.Guess what he had the same problem.Never used the shop since and not bought anything from Nash either

You've had problems with every manufacturer at one point or other though haven't you Tony? Seems that way anyway

having watched the video again ill say he didn't rig the power trigger but actually pushed it right which isn't meant to be done it pops it off the spring, no wonder the barrow went off on its own. Easy to put back in place also I just tried it on mine.

I've had probs with both of those once, both were sorted straight away with no issues at all mate. Just seems as though matey is slagging this barrow thing off over one half arsed video by a clown. Pretty unfair wouldn't you say?

Yeah maybe but he is entitled to his opinion obviously.I have had faults with things not just with fishing gear but it's how you are dealt with that always stays in my mind.I was never rude to the Nash guy on the phone as I'm not rude to people in general but when he started getting arsey then of course I had my say back.I was also civil in the shop as I had used them for a good while but when he charged me 10% and was getting a member of staff to put up signs to say about the charge as he kept my money really boiled my piss.
I kept calm and told the owner I would never step foot in his shop again and I have not done since that day

the guy on the vid prob don't even own any of the barrows so just putting his 10 pence worth in for a bit of fame. all I know is I have had my Nash barrow now coming up to 3 months and its not missed a beat.and it certainly climbs hills a lot bigger than the guy said it didn't. I'm not slating the prestige ones nearly went for that first but its width let me down on the narrow paths around my syndicate. if my Nash gone falls apart within the year ill let everyone know. but until then anyone thinking of getting one ignore the video.
