That rubber cover certainly looks waterproof, definitely an ugrade if you can leave them on while fishing.

the delkim stand is going to be mental today at the nas
As I seem to be the one of the few who's not had any water ingress issues with either my mk1 stds or mk2 txis, both of which get used regularly, I can't see me buying these just to change the led colour and who really cares how big they are?
Wonder if they'll still have the distinctive delkim warble, I'm like a bloody meerkat every time I hear that.

Same here mate never had reciever or water problems so I definitely won't be changing anytime soon. Don't think the new ones will have any features that will make any difference for me

I've never had any water problems (although a mate has) but I did have really bad problems with 2 receivers that was enough for me to change to r3 sirens never had a problem with them but I will be honest if delkim sort out the receiver issues and reduce them in size I will buy a set 
Only thing is there is now a picture on the delkim Facebook page, well on a poster in the background not exactly the best looking alarm if I'm honest and by the comments I'm not the only one who thinks that either, but I will hold my judgement till I see them in person hard to tell from a picture

From that poster the looks aren't fantastic but I will be interested in the features. There are now only 2 dials so volume and one other...it says improved sensitivity, receiver and reduced size...can't see that the LED colour can be changed, if not they really have missed a trick...

What is it with people slating all new alarms for their looks. As long as they go beep when they should who cares what they look like? Delkims have always been ugly but having had every other alarm they've always been the most reliable for me.
