First go, on the money Ian.
I have a lovely peach concentrate, been looking to do something for a while with it anyway & JR wanted something original done for for them if at all possible. It was not possible to start with, but it will be when I get back. They will be in the shops in the next few weeks. I make our our own pepper oil that goes into our garlics anyway. They smell amazing.
The Ming oil GPB are very pokey/potent.

The same way that I make our own garlic oil mate that also goes into the GPB. The same way that I make the refined oil that has always gone into the S2.
The same way that anyone else produces the posh oils for your supermarket etc. When you control your own production of the key ingredients, things can be done to your own specs, not to someone else's specs on a budget. You never have to change baits because certain ingredients are not available to you anymore. That's impossible when you are making the most important parts yourself.
Google is your friend for the basics on how to make/infuse your own oils.
Ming oil was originally developed for pike. But the carp absolutely loved it too. It's not my product to speak about. The original was a unique blend of fish oils with some other bits and bobs. The original stuff was made for the Box by someone no longer with us. They asked me to have a tinker. I've just updated that into the way that we do things in 2025. Added some of our magic into the equation. It absolutely reeks.
No offence intended to you whatsoever, but beyond that, I prefer to keep the real ins & outs of what I am doing with our stuff, and more importantly why, to myself now. Talking with you is great. I'd love to be able to sit on this forum and chat the ins and outs of what makes really makes a great bait work with certain members... Who just like me, clearly love speaking/tinkering about with fishing bait. Enlightening my business rivals online into what makes our hook baits work like nothing else, is just pure stupidity though. Within five minutes they are telling their customers that they came up with 'whatever' to sell their wares. That just leaves a very bad taste in ones mouth. It's also pure stupidity on my part. One thing I'm not, is stupid. Far to many folks within the bait industry will be reactive instantly to anything I say on here to you. It's a sad fact, but it's a fact nevertheless.

Have you thought about a cheaper range mark ?
And absolute no offence intended by this, but what about an air ball range using the liquids and oils and flavours.
The hookbaits are the best out there bar none but to some there expensive and they just wouldn't pay it. And you likely don't need the work from them with the shops ontop of your own site now but just a thought.
There's certain times I can't use your baits, as you mentioned before every thing swimming likes them. And some waters im on, there down to nothing in a few hours with roach and bream. And in these situations this is where an air ball range would likely come in handy as in just not a fan of wrapping baits.

Absolutely no issue at all Mark
I've just started making my own mixes and rolling bait again. Haven't done it since the late 90s really.
Im always interested in what other people are adding to their baits to try and make them effective and different from what's in the shops.

I would not take that the wrong way mate. Many people have asked us for the same thing. We get asked a lot for the airballs which we did for the TackleBox & FishOn. People like you who want them for certain applications.
At the moment though Carl we are having enough trouble supplying what we could already be selling of our current range. All three tackle shops are selling out as fast as we can supply the stuff at the moment. We are blowing through stock ourselves from our own website at a truly stupid rate. We are about to have another large expansion early this winter. We will be double the size again by Xmas. I have to make sure that we can supply the shops with enough of our stock whenever they want it, so our stuff is always on the shelves in 2026. That's the number one goal at the moment. I cannot personally go on, the way which I have been in 2025 either, or I'll drop down dead from exhaustion. I work sixteen hours a day, seven days a week in the UK. Doing that for six to eight weeks at a time without a single day off, really takes a harsh toll on your body. It does not matter how much wonga you are earning if you are killing yourself by doing it. The most important thing for me at the moment is exactly what the JohnsonRoss boss said yesterday. Customers coming back, who can't believe what is happening after using them for the first time. Talk is cheap. That is real. You lot already know how good the stuff is. Hundreds & hundreds of other carp anglers, are currently just finding that out now.
Plans are being implemented so that we can start doing things like what you want mate in the near future, but it's not going to happen over night.

does production stop when youre away mark or do you have people that work for you to cure the baits amd post them....its seems a lengthy process for you from making ingredients to producing the the bait to curing it and packing it....no wonder youre doing 16 hour days

Previously so Andy. There are people working whilst I am away, from our last expansion. The trouble is, I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my stuff, so previously, up until now... I've still not been able to trust what will happen when I'm not there regarding stuff that's made, then being sent out. Not to the extent that I will let stuff be produced and out of the door whilst I was away. This is now just me being pedantic. When I am away we always have lots of stock made. Orders go out rapidly. We are completely up to date again today. Despite this past week being our busiest again in our existence. Trouble is, the shops want loads more gear.
Going forwards production will never stop, me there or not. That will open up for me to be able to not work like a crazy fool whilst I am in the UK. Our production will double this winter. Next year we will always have large amounts of stock on our shelves. I am resolving more storage right now. Over the past year, order times have been kept to a bare minimum anyway, whilst at the same time we are now supplying the largest independent tackle shops in the UK with large amounts of stuff. This has been a massive jump forwards for us. But we are about to take another massive jump forwards this winter.
Going forwards I will be in the UK much more now. We have made a personal decision that flying around the world, as fun as it is, cannot happen so much going forwards. I won stupid amounts of cash from the bookmakers/exchanges in 2025, it's hard not to want to live it up afterwards. But that also has to stop now.

They may live inside of the tub in one state. When put into water, something entirely different is unlocked from within. The more time goes by, the better that gets.
That's what makes our hook baits completely different to any other bait that's ever been produced.
