in what way was it bad?

I've just bought 3 after selling my daiwa tournament iso and first impression very good quality reel for the money gonna put them to use this weekend

The clutch was "stuttering" and made another noise than the other 2!

Good for the money they cost, but i cant see them lasting for as long as a shimmy

Oh and my handles have got stuck under the bail arm on more than one occasion when folding the handle down to put the rods away in a sleeve, anyone else had that yet?

So will be looking for a handle replacement me thinks.

While we on the subject, does anyone know where you can get a spare spool for them, want a 3rd for some different line.

Yeap £255 at hull angling,received mine today.

First impression are good especially for the money.

Like all new products time will tell,penn got good reputation in sea reels so we'll see.

Contact pure fishing or contact the shop where you bought the reels and ask them to get you a spare spool any penn stockists should be able to get you spare spools
